Sexual Offences

There have been many changes in the law on rape and sexual offences recently.

We're Here to Help

If you are accused of rape, historical sex abuse, possession of illegal images of children, sexual assault or any sexual crime then you will be reassured to know that I can help you. I understand the sensitive and embarrassing nature of this type of allegation and will deal with you in a wholly non-judgemental and supportive manner at all times throughout the process. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for someone to find themselves in a situation where they are accused of a sexual offence which they did not commit. There have been many changes in recent years to the law on rape and sexual offences and what constitutes consent where that is required which are not always well understood by the general public and this can lead to offending behaviour. I have vast experience in defending these particular type of offences not only in the Sheriff Court but also the most serious of matters in the High Court of Justiciary.
